From Drifting to OnCourse: Jake’s Story

Jake Lara created OnCourseHQ.com from real-world experience, not theory. In his early high school & college years, Jake drifted without a clear path. He tried countless techniques and motivational advice, but nothing stuck.

Fast forward to 24 years old; After years of mentoring students, leading groups, and building coaching systems, he discovered a truth; Most young adults aren’t lazy, they’re just without structure and direction. That’s why he built OnCourseHQ.com: to provide the guidance, structure, and momentum young adults need to succeed.
