WHICH STAGE DESCRIBES YOUR YOUNG ADULT?

STAGE #1
“My young adult has potential, but no clear direction.”
My young adult seems aimless. They sleep in, lack motivation, and drift from one thing to the next without a plan. They don’t take much responsibility, rarely read or learn new things, and haven’t yet found a group of friends who inspire them. I know they’re capable of so much more, they just don’t have the tools or structure to bring that potential to life.

STAGE #2
"My young adult is trying, but keeps losing traction."
My young adult has started to show interest in growing. They’ve got a few solid friends, read occasionally, and take on some responsibility. But without real accountability or structure, their goals fizzle out over time. They want to do better, but they need a system—and someone outside the family—to help them stay consistent and build real momentum.

STAGE #3
“My young adult is growing and ready for what’s next.”
My young adult has specified and understands their principles and values, and is working toward meaningful SMART goals. They take ownership of their life, read and learn regularly, and surround themselves with positive friends and influences. They’re showing discipline and maturity, and I want to support them in finding the right next step to keep that growth going strong.
