I’m Jake Lara, and my passion is helping young adults who might otherwise drift find direction, confidence, and the skills needed to succeed in life. I started OnCourseHQ.com because I saw a huge gap of many young people who weren’t being taught the practical skills needed to launch properly into our careers, school, and in life. I started my business to fill that gap, giving you the structure, practical tools, and coaching they need to genuinely grow and succeed in your life.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and I actively serve at my local church. Beyond coaching, I enjoy reading, gaming, and spending quality time with family and friends.
